Changes to your
Acclaim FCU Mastercard Credit Card
Acclaim FCU is pleased to announce exciting changes to your Credit Card! We have changed credit card processors to better serve your needs. This conversion enables us to enhance our credit card program in the future with more options and features to benefit our members.
The conversion took place on April 24, 2023. In March, members with an Acclaim FCU Credit Card should have received a new Credit Card in the mail. Your old card will no longer work after that date.

After activation,
Update any automatic payments you have established using your old card number, such as gym memberships, Netflix, Amazon, etc.
Enroll your new card in your digital wallet.

Important Information
Your Card Information Will Change
The primary cardholder, joint cardholders, and authorized users will receive:
- A new account number
- A new expiration date
- A new CVV code
Please note any joint owners or authorized signers on your account will now have a unique card number, but it will still be linked to your account.
Statements Will Change
- We are changing our statement processor
- Your statements will look different
Credit Card Statements Will Be Combined With Your Regular Acclaim Account Statements
- Your regular account statements and credit card statements will be in the same envelope
- You will no longer receive a separate credit card statement
eDocuments Preferences May Change
- Your Credit Card Statement eDocument preferences will convert to what you have chosen for your regular Acclaim Account statement.
- If you had previously opted into eDocuments through EZCardInfo and your regular Acclaim Account statements are mailed, your Credit Card Statement will now be mailed. You may opt in to eDocuments through your Online Banking.
- If your Credit Card Statement was previously mailed and your regular Acclaim Account statements are sent through eDocuments, your Credit Card Statement will now be sent by eDocuments. Please contact us to opt-out of eDocuments, or you may choose to receive both.

Your Card Control App is Changing
If you used SecurLock Equip mobile app with your Acclaim Mastercard Credit Card, it will no longer work after conversion. We have a new card control app debuting soon that you will be able to add your Acclaim credit and debit cards to for total control! Acclaim CardNav will be replacing SecurLock Equip.
Update Automatic Payments to Pay Your Acclaim Mastercard Credit Card
If you had set up automatic payments to pay your credit card in EZCard Info, our old credit card processor’s online account access service, they will no longer work. You can log into Acclaim’s Online Banking to view and pay your credit card.
Update Your Bill Pay Service to Pay Your Acclaim Mastercard Credit Card
If you utilize a bill payment service to pay your Acclaim FCU Mastercard Credit Card, you will need to update your Bill Pay account with your new Acclaim FCU Mastercard Credit Card information. You will need to create a new payee with the new payment address.
Update your mobile wallets
You will need to enroll your new card in your mobile wallets. If you previously enrolled your old card in your mobile wallet, it will not work after April 24th 2023. With our new cards, you can enroll in the following mobile wallets:
- Apple Pay
- Samsung Pay
- Google Pay
Alerts
If you set up alerts using our old credit card processor’s online account access service, eZCardInfo.com, this information will NOT automatically transfer over. You will be able to set them up through your Acclaim Online Banking.

You will not be able to access statements/history online after 4/24/2023, so we recommend you save the statements to your computer or print hard copies before this date.
Any points already earned WILL be transferred to your new credit card. You can visit www.scorecardrewards.com to view your points.
After you receive and activate your new Acclaim FCU Mastercard Credit Card, you may securely destroy your old Acclaim FCU Mastercard Credit Card after our conversion date of April 24, 2023. You may also bring it to the credit union and we will shred it for you.
Please do not destroy your current Acclaim FCU Credit Card until your new card goes live on April 24, 2023.
If you had a Mastercard Classic, you will now have a Connect Rewards card. If you had a Mastercard Gold, you will now have a Connect Rewards Plus card.
Our new, vertical cards are designed the way they’re used. The card information will now be on the back of the card.
Yes, your existing balance will automatically transfer to the new credit card.
Your new due date is on the 28th of each month.
No, you will keep the same rate as your existing Acclaim FCU Mastercard Credit Card.
You can log into your Acclaim FCU Online Banking account to check your balance and transaction history.
