To our valued members,

Acclaim is continuing to monitor reports related to COVID-19, and we remain committed to doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our members and employees while serving you and caring for your financial needs. We recognize that this is a difficult and uncertain time for so many people, and we want you to know about what we are doing to provide stability and service to you. We may make additional changes to our business practices as circumstances change.

What we are doing:
  • Effective March 18, 2020 we will be limiting our office transactions to drive-thru only unless you have scheduled an appointment with one of our staff members. Appointments will only be available through Friday, March 20, 2020. After that time, we will perform transactions only through our drive-thru or electronic means.
  • For anyone who makes an appointment and enters our building this week, we will be taking extra steps to ensure that we are protecting our members and employees by requiring virus prevention practices such as using hand sanitizer, using social distancing techniques to every extent possible, and reserving the right to deny internal access to our building if you have any observable symptoms of illness.
  • We will continue to have increased cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting practices in our branch.

What you can do:

  • Keep following Centers for Disease Control (CDC)opens in a new window recommendations that will help protect you, your family members, and others.
  • We strongly recommend that you leverage all of the available Acclaim FCU Electronic Services and resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access through our Mobile App, Online Banking and 24-Hour Telephone Teller. Through these channels, you can check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks or find the nearest ATM.
  • We encourage you to use your Acclaim debit card. If you do not have a debit card and would like one, please contact our office.
  • Please contact us if you have been affected by COVID-19.
  • Be aware of any scams or fraud attempts related to COVID-19 so that you can avoid becoming a victim.


Due to changes in how we serve you, we are asking that you try to contact us electronically as much as possible (emails, Internet Branching messages, online loan and membership applications, etc.).

We thank you in advance for your patience regarding any delays that may occur due to us handling increased contact or requests from our members.

We are taking steps to reopen our lobby!

We are excited to announce that our action plan for reopening is in progress, but no specific date has been set yet. The safety of our members and staff remains a top priority, so we are taking important and necessary measures to be able to move forward with in-person transactions.
 
We are following CDC guidelines and are working on updated procedures for members and staff. There will be additional safety measures put in place such as six-foot social distancing floor markers, plexiglass safety barriers on the teller line and a designated meeting office with a plexiglass separation. We are also continuing our increased sanitation and disinfecting practices and are requiring all staff to wear masks when within six feet of a member or employee. In addition, we will be limiting the number of members and employees in the lobby.
 
Once the date is set for our reopening, we will provide you with more information and guidance. Until then, our drive-thru remains open. Please continue to contact us electronically as much as possible (emails, Internet Branching messages, online loan and membership applications, etc.).
