How to use TXT Banking
To use TXT Banking, send a message to email@example.com from your cell phone. You can request many different types of information based on which "text code" you key in next to the command. You can view or change text codes within your online account. You must first register your phone to our system in order to use TXT banking. Read the instructions below on how to register.
-Log into your Acclaim Online Banking account.
-Click on "Preferences"
-Click on "Mobile Text" located on the left side of the page.
-Key in your phone number and select your carrier. Then click on "Send Verification Code."
-Your phone will receive the Verification Code. Enter the Verification Code back on the online banking site, then click on "Finish Setup."
-Next, you must link your phone with the system. Text "VER" and then the Verification Code to firstname.lastname@example.org. So it should look like "VER [Enter Code Here]."
-Your phone is now linked to the system. You are ready to use TXT Banking!
You can receive information about your account by sending a command and a text code to email@example.com. You will see a list of commands below, and you can see the text codes that you have set up by logging into your online account, clicking on Preferences, and clicking on Mobile Text. By default, you'll see that the text code for the checking account is "c71."
To receive your deposit balances, send: BAL c71
To receive your history for type 00 account send: HIS 1234 00
